Owen White Solicitors helps London Square secure multi million pound property deal

Owen White Solicitors have recently helped property developer London Square to acquire the old Branston Pickle Factory in Bermondsey, London.

Affordable housing

London Square paid £50 million for the site and plans to build 406 high-end apartments, 35% of which will be affordable housing, shops, offices and a gallery.

The site was once home to food company Crosse & Blackwell, which produced Branston Pickle there until 1969. It now comprises nine buildings.

Thames Valley Solicitor

The Thames Valley based solicitors dealt with the acquisition and the planning agreement and, going forwards, will be dealing with the sale of the affordable housing being developed on the site.

Owen White have been working with London Square on the project since summer 2013 and will continue to be involved for many years to come.

Urban Regeneration
