“I recently enlisted the services of Jane Masih to advise me on a franchise agreement I was considering entering into. The opinion I received was both timely, comprehensive and allowed me to go back to the Franchisor with real, added value comments. I would advise anyone seeking to enter such an agreement to get it thoroughly checked out and without question, Jane exceeded our expectations on this front. I will most definitely seek Jane’s opinion on legal matters arising as the business develops.” – Prospective franchisee client.
“I engaged Jane Masih of Owen White to review a complex franchise agreement prior to the purchase of a business to business franchise. Being new to the world of franchising; I was unaware of the contractual obligations of such agreements, and was extremely thankful for the detailed and thorough advice I received from Jane. The advice enabled me to make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with the purchase by detailing ongoing obligations (royalties, marketing budgets, etc), and the likely implications of terminating the agreement. I would not hesitate to recommend Jane Masih for legal counsel relating to contracts of this type. ” – A prospective franchisee.
