We also provide specialist leasehold management advice for Registered Providers, Local Authorities, developers, letting agencies and leasehold management companies. We specialise in service charge recovery and disputes including proceedings brought in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals; service charge demand and consultation requirements; ground rent and reserve/sinking fund recovery and estate management. The team can also assist with breaches of lease, break clauses and disputes involving shared ownership leases.
